Dan is awesome. We arrived at our house at 7PM on Monday night to find that our downstairs AC was not working. Called Dan and he was here by 8.30 that evening. He picked up the necessary parts first thing Tuesday morning and was here by 8.45 and had the system fixed by 10. I could not have asked for better service.

Showed up on time. Diagnosed and repaired the problem. Kept me informed the entire time and called me later in the day to inform me of a possible problem in the future. Would definitely recommend Dan and his crew.

Pool heater quit and was referred to Sensible Cooling by the heater’s manufacturer. Called late Friday received a callback over the weekend and scheduled an appointment for early Monday morning. Dan arrived on time and repaired the heater quickly. Very professional and a nice guy. Would definitely use him again. 5 stars!!!
