Do I need a maintenance agreement?

While our customers needs vary, we recommend bi-yearly preventative maintenance check-ups in accordance with manufacturer warranty requirements.

Do you provide warranty repairs?

Yes! We provide warranty repairs on all brands of HVAC equipment and pool heaters.

How long does an air filter last?

Filter load up is dependant on a variety of factors such as quanity of infiltration, number of occupants & pets, MERV rating, air velocity and filter area. We recommend not following filter manufacturer 30 or 60 day rating but instead evaluating your own filter’s performance and replace as necessary.
